Job Description
Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world-famous Cable Beach in Broome, far northwestern Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.

We are seeking for Food and Beverage Supervisors.
n
This role will be suited to individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to guests, supervising and supporting a team daily and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. If you have an energetic "can-do" attitude then we want to hear from you!

In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate:
n
n
Previous experience in a similar role within a Resort or Hotel workplace at a supervisory level;
n
Hold a nationally recognized Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification;
n
Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring;
n
A high level of personal grooming and presentation;
n
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction;
n
The ability to be flexible working over a seven day roster
n
