Norco is seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh. In this Full time position, you will coordinate daily warehouse activities, support shift performance, maintain safety standards and ensure orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.
