We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take a lead on a university fitout project in Melbourne. This is a need due to additional project wins.
This is a 3-month contract commencing in the near future and would suit a Site Manager with strong commercial fitout experience who is confident managing trades, subcontractors and day-to-day site operations.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day delivery of a university fitout
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Manage site safety, quality and programme
Coordinate site activities and site meetings
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team
Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager




Strong commercial fitout experience
University, education or institutional fitout experience highly regarded
Confident managing subcontractors and trades
Strong understanding of construction, safety and quality requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and take ownership of the site
