About the opportunity
n
As an Occupational Therapist withClearSky, you will support clients with a range of cognitive, physical,developmentaland psychosocial needs.
You will deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention to build independence, functional capacity,participationand quality of life.
n
The role offers clinical variety and the opportunity to collaborate with clients, families, support networks, serviceprovidersand allied health colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.

What you'll be doing
n
Assessment and clinical support
n
n
Deliver evidence-based, person-centredoccupational therapy assessments and interventions.
n
Manage a caseload of NDIS and non-NDIS clients across community and clinic settings.
n
Complete functional assessments and develop client-centredtherapy plans.
n
Support people with cognitive, physical,developmentaland psychosocial disabilities.
n
n
Assistive technology and home modifications
n
n
Assess and recommend assistive technology and equipment.
n
Assess home and environmental modification requirements to improve safety,accessibilityand independence.
n
Follow relevant assessment,prescriptionand documentation processes.
n
n
Capacity building and intervention
n
n
Deliver interventions supporting activities of daily living and functional performance.
n
Support fine and gross motor skills, motor planning, sensory processing and regulation.
n
Build independence, lifeskillsand participation in the community.
n
n
Stakeholder engagement
n
n
Represent clients andClearSkyin planning meetings and stakeholder discussions.
n
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, health professionals,educatorsand funding stakeholders.
n
Build professional relationships and advocate for positive client outcomes.
n

What we are looking for
n
Essential
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, oran equivalentrecognisedqualification.
n
Current AHPRA registration.
n
PreviousOccupational Therapy experience.
n
Current Australian driverlicence.
n
Ability to work autonomously, manage acaseloadand contribute within a team.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to build effective relationships with clients,familiesand service providers.
n
Commitment to high-quality, person-centredservice delivery and productivity expectations.
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Experience supporting NDIS participants or clients withdisability.
n
Community-based Occupational Therapy experience.
n
Experience with assistive technology, equipmentprescriptionor home modifications.
n
Experience supporting people with complex functional needs.
n
n
Compliance requirements
n
n
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
n
