Job Description
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Older Persons Community Mental Health Team. You will deliver recovery-oriented, person-centred care to consumers aged 65 and over in community settings.
n
Based at the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide care coordination, assessments and therapeutic interventions to support independence and recovery in the community.
