We're excited to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom and trade centre in Pooraka and are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join the team.

About The Role
As the face of Stegbar, you'll guide customers through their building and renovation projects by providing expert product advice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll assist homeowners, builders and trade customers with product selection, quotations and sales enquiries while supporting the wider sales team.




Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide product advice
Prepare quotations and process sales transactions
Manage showroom, phone, email and online enquiries
Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales
Support Sales Representatives with quotes and administration
Maintain a professional and inviting showroom presentation
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
About You
You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll Bring
Experience in a customer service, retail sales or showroom environment
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning recent systems
A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
