About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Grade 1 Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy team at Grampians Health Ballarat. This rotational position provides the opportunity to develop broad clinical experience across a range of settings, including acute, subacute, rehabilitation, community and outpatient services.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services while building your clinical skills through structured supervision, mentoring and professional development opportunities. This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career Occupational Therapists looking to establish a strong foundation within a leading regional health service.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan and deliver Occupational Therapy care
Manage a varied rotational caseload across services
Partner with clients, carers and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Contribute to quality improvement and service development
Participate in supervision, education and training
Skills & Experience
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration
Current Victorian Driver Licence
Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
