Develop and apply actuarial modelling skills to support client projects and advisory work
Execute end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring quality and timely completion
Communicate key insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain trusted client relationships across a range of industries
Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through analytical and advisory support
Contribute to actuarial reserving, technical pricing, stochastic loss modelling, risk finance optimisation and limit validation review projects
Combine technical problem solving with high-value client engagement
Deliver actuarial and risk analytics to clients across a range of industries
Participate in diverse and complex end-to-end client engagements
Communicate technical insights clearly and practically to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
Degree qualification in a related field such as Actuarial Studies, Data Science, Statistics or another relevant technical discipline
Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently with critical thinking skills while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in actuarial reserving, technical pricing or loss modelling




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to mentor or support junior team members where appropriate
Appropriate approval to work in Australia
Successful applicants must complete a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencing employment
