About the Role
This role plays a key part in driving inventory, assortment, and sales performance across some of Australia's most recognised workwear brands. Partnering with stakeholders across key internal teams, you will use data-driven insights to influence commercial decisions, optimise inventory productivity, and support profitable growth.
Leveraging strong analytical and commercial acumen, you will identify opportunities, evaluate performance trends, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance business outcomes. You will contribute to range planning, inventory management, new product launches, and strategic initiatives, working collaboratively across the business to ensure the right products are available at the right time, while maximising sales, profitability, and customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and maintain merchandise planning reports, dashboards and KPI tracking across multiple brands.
Analyse sales trends, category performance, inventory health and range productivity to identify opportunities and risks.
Support forecasting, budgeting and inventory planning with commercial analysis and data-driven insights.
Monitor stock levels, stock cover, excess inventory and service performance to improve availability and productivity.
Partner with Product, Sales,



Supply Chain and Finance teams to support planning and business initiatives.
Analyse Key Volume Lines (KVLs), new product performance and promotional outcomes.
Support seasonal planning, in-season trading reviews and inventory optimisation activities.
Prepare reporting packs, performance commentary and recommendations for business reviews.
Maintain data accuracy across planning systems and identify reporting and process improvement opportunities.
Provide analytical support for assortment planning, range reviews and strategic product decisions.

What we're looking for
3+ years experience in merchandise planning, allocation, assortment planning or inventory planning.
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools.




Ability to analyse large data sets and translate findings into commercial stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Product, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
Experience within apparel, clothing, retail, fashion or product-driven environments highly regarded.
High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
