The Department of Health in Tasmania is seeking a Physiotherapist for the Community Rapid Response Service (ComRRS) role in Launceston. You will deliver rapid assessments and targeted interventions for adults with acute, chronic and complex conditions, providing up to six weeks of care to maximise independence and prevent hospitalisation.
You will work autonomously while collaborating with GPs and a multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred, high-quality care and positive client outcomes.
