The Reject Shop is seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to head our Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advisory centre, supporting leaders across 415 stores, four distribution centres and our Store Support Centre from Kensington.
You will lead a small HR Advisory team, manage investigations, interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and drive improvements across HR Operations as we transition to Dollarama Australia.
