Job Description
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare procurement strategies, including breakdown into individual works packages, identification of potential subcontractors, procurement methods and timing.
n
Drive the review process to ensure the award of packages within the required time frame and budget.
n
Ensure strong contract, commercial and financial risk management through accurate forecasting of costs and revenue, taking corrective action in line with business processes and ensuring a successful commercial outcome for the project.
n
Lead identification and quantification of Head Contract scope changes and all client negotiations.
n
Ensure market coverage through utilising networks of subcontractors and consultants to ensure that the price received will meet the scope and requirements and support a strong financial outcome.
n
Assess commercial and contractual risks involved in delivery of the project and identify and implement controls, escalating actual or potential risks.
n
Provide strategic advice on complex contractual issues to senior leaders and project teams.
n
Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

We'd welcome solid Senior Contracts Administrators to apply
n
Significant experience in construction/fit-out contracts management
n
Demonstrated successful experience in a commercial role on complex construction projects.
n
Qualifications in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
n
