Our client is a well‐established and highly regarded commercial construction company delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team.
Working closely with the Project Managers and wider construction team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from commencement through to completion.
The Role:
Supporting Project Managers across multiple commercial construction projects
Coordinating project documentation, including contracts, variations, drawings and specifications
Coordinating communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Managing RFIs, purchase orders and project correspondence
Assisting with procurement and subcontractor coordination
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
Preparing reports, meeting minutes and project updates
Monitoring project budgets, variations and key project milestones




Providing general administrative and coordination support to the project delivery team
About You:
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role within the construction industry
Exposure to commercial construction projects
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
Confidence working in a fast‐paced project environment
Experience using construction or project management software will be highly regarded
