Red Dot is seeking a commercially focused, hands-on Regional Operations Manager to lead our Southern Region, overseeing ***** stores and coaching Store Managers to deliver sales, wage, profitability and operational outcomes.
This permanent full‐time role is based from home when not travelling or in stores, with regular regional travel and overnight stays as required. You will spend time in stores each week and develop leaders across the region.
