Applejack Hospitality is seeking a Full time Cook to manage a kitchen section (larder, grill, or pans) in Sydney's busy hospitality venues. You will ensure your section is stocked, prepped, and ready to go, while staying on top during high-volume services.
Ideal candidates will have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 2–4 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, plus experience in high-volume and A la Carte service.
