The Role
You'll work with prospective students who have already expressed interest in studying with Hader Institute of Education. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll guide them towards the course that best suits their goals and support them through the enrolment journey.
Your responsibilities include:
Speaking with prospective students via phone, email and online enquiries
Understanding each person's goals and recommending suitable courses
Building genuine relationships based on trust
Managing your own pipeline and achieving sales targets
Maintaining high activity levels while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Continually developing your skills through coaching and training
This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trust—not applying pressure.
About You
We're looking for ambitious people who enjoy winning and genuinely care about helping others. You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Resilience and accountability
A willingness to be coached and continually improve
A competitive mindset with a desire to achieve outstanding results
Experience within education is welcomed but certainly not essential. What matters most is your attitude.
