Job Description
Renew Living is one of Canberra's allied health clinics in the Proactive Health network, and we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join the team. You'll manage your own caseload of paediatric / adult / mixed NDIS clients, working alongside a multidisciplinary team who genuinely back each other. Every clinician here gets the room to do their best work - proper admin support, sensible caseloads, and the kind of clinical mentoring that helps you grow rather than just get through the week.

Day to day you'll:
n

Assess, diagnose and treat clients across [caseload areas - e.g. speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing]
n
Write transparent, goal-focused therapy plans and keep documentation up to scratch
n
Work with families, carers and other disciplines to get the best outcomes for each client
n
Contribute to a friendly, supportive clinic culture where clinicians actually want to stick around
n

What's on offer:

$90K-$110K per annum plus super
n
Requirements
n
n
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status, or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
n
Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration for the ACT,
or willingness to obtain one [NDIS Worker Screening Check - include if the role involves NDIS clients]
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Full working rights in Australia

Strong communication skills and a genuine care for client outcomes new graduates welcome

Salary: $,000-$110,000 per annum (for employees), or competitive rates for contractors
n
