We are seeking an experienced OT Technical Business Analyst to join our client AGL on a large-scale technology and operational transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a complex Operational Technology (OT) environment, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver critical technology solutions that support operational assets and infrastructure. Based in Melbourne CBD, this contract is available for an immediate start through to June **** in a hybrid working environment.
About the Role
As the OT Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solution delivery. Working closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and operational stakeholders, you will ensure requirements are accurately captured, validated, and translated into effective solutions.
You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, supporting analysis, solution design, testing, change management, and operational readiness activities.
About You
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within Operational Technology (OT), industrial systems, utilities, manufacturing or critical infrastructure environments
Strong requirements gathering,



process mapping and business analysis capabilities
Understanding of OT technologies including SCADA, PLC and DCS environments
Experience working across OT and IT integration initiatives
Strong knowledge of business process modelling and requirements management frameworks
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio and BPMN modelling tools
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
Experience working within Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall project environments
Robust analytical and problem-solving capability with a high attention to detail
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
