We're looking for a
results-driven Business Development Manager
who can identify hospitality businesses, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, demonstrate the ElitePOS solution and convert prospects into customers.
You will be responsible for:
Prospecting and generating current business
Calling and contacting cafés, restaurants, pubs, clubs and other hospitality venues
Booking and conducting product demonstrations
Building relationships with business owners and operators
Understanding customer needs and presenting the right ElitePOS solution
Managing leads through to conversion
Following up prospects and maintaining your pipeline
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
We're looking for someone who is:




Confident and professional
Highly motivated and sales-driven
Comfortable with cold calling and business development
Excellent at building relationships
Able to communicate the value of a product clearly
Organised and capable of managing their own pipeline
Experienced in
POS, payments, hospitality technology, SaaS or B2B sales
(preferred, but not essential)
Most importantly, you need to be
hungry to win business
and comfortable working in a fast-growing technology environment.
