n Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic aftersales team.

About the Role
n
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every service experience is professional, seamless, and exceeds expectations.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n

Greeting customers and assisting with their service requirements
n
Scheduling service bookings and maintaining workshop workflow
n
Preparing service estimates and explaining recommended repairs
n
Liaising with technicians to communicate vehicle updates
n
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
n
Processing invoices and coordinating vehicle collection
n
Building strong relationships with returning and new customers
n
n
This is a quick-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and working collaboratively within a team environment.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive customer service, or similar role
n
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n




A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help people
n
Professional presentation and attention to detail
n
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
n
The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
n
A current driver's licence
n

Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded, however candidates with solid customer service experience from related industries are encouraged to apply.
