Job Description
Rockwell Automation is seeking a qualified support engineer to handle Japanese-language customer inquiries for industrial automation products. The role focuses on troubleshooting across PLC, SCADA, HMI and related Rockwell software.

The candidate will document resolutions, maintain service tickets, and share knowledge with peers. A BS in engineering and 2+ years in automation are required; CCNA and English skills are a plus. Hybrid work model and solid customer focus are offered.
