Join Brisbane's Leading Residential Development Sites Team
n
Colliers is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our market-leading Residential team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of Queensland's most successful development site specialists, supporting high-profile transactions, market research, and strategic advisory projects across Southeast Queensland.
n
Working closely with senior agents and clients, you'll provide research, analysis, reporting, and marketing support to help inform major property investment and development decisions.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Conducting development site analysis, market research, and sales assessments.
n
Maintaining residential market databases and tracking industry activity.
n
Preparing Information Memorandums, proposals, reports, and client presentations.
n
Supporting sales campaigns, client reporting, and market intelligence projects.
n
Assisting with Brisbane and Gold Coast apartment market reporting.
n
Building relationships with developers, consultants, valuers,



and other industry stakeholders.
n
n
Qualifications
n
You may have experience in property, valuation, research, development, or agency, or be a recent graduate looking to build a career in the property industry.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
A degree in Property, Commerce, Economics, Town Planning, or a related discipline.
n
Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
n
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
n
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
n
Strong commercial acumen and an interest in residential property and development.
n
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
