Help Lumi strengthen the backbone of our lending decisions....While our frontline teams make the calls, we need you to make sure those calls hold up — today and under scrutiny. This role sits at the intersection of quality assurance and credit policy: reviewing lending decisions against our standards, catching the trends and gaps before they become problems, and owning the policy that keeps our underwriting sharp and audit-ready.
You and your team will be reviewing decisions, resolving underwriting queries, and turning what you find into practical policy updates — while staying ahead of the regulatory and responsible-lending landscape.
We are looking for someone who can:
Assure:
Lead structured quality reviews and pinpoint trends, breaches and process gaps.
Own:
Maintain credit risk policy, underwriting guidelines and product policy end-to-end.
Translate:
Turn regulatory change and underwriting learnings into policy that actually works on the ground.
If you love sitting at the intersection of Credit Risk and Governance, this is for you.
