Lead and develop a national team of lending specialists supporting complex and bespoke Private Banking lending transactions
Partner with bankers, credit and risk teams to structure and execute sophisticated lending solutions for high-net-worth clients
Provide strategic oversight for complex lending scenarios, balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes and risk considerations
Build a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, accountability and customer outcomes
Drive productivity, quality and operational excellence across the lending value chain
Lead change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Influence senior stakeholders across Private Banking, Risk, Credit, Operations and the broader Group
Translate strategic priorities into sustainable actions and measurable business outcomes
Report directly to the General Manager, Private Banking
Requirements
Extensive experience in complex lending, credit structuring and problem-solving
Solid strategic leadership and execution capability
Deep lending and credit expertise with highly developed risk judgement
Experience developing leaders and building high-performing specialist teams
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills




Ability to solve complex lending challenges while balancing customer, commercial and risk outcomes
Track record of driving transformation, continuous improvement and operational excellence
