We're building a pipeline of experienced Systems and Verification & Validation (V&V;) Engineers for upcoming contract opportunities supporting major Defence programs across South Australia.
Multiple programs and work packages are underway, with contracts ranging from immediate starts to roles beginning later in the year. Work spans Communications, Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar and mission systems, across Land, Air and Maritime environments.
The Work
Depending on your background and the program, you could be involved in:
Systems engineering across the full lifecycle, including requirements, architecture and technical analysis
V&V; strategy, planning, procedures and reporting
Requirements traceability and compliance
Integration, system testing and acceptance activities
Test planning, execution and defect management
Technical investigations, engineering assessments and reviews
Supporting system and test readiness, and formal program reviews
Working alongside Defence customers, primes and multidisciplinary teams




Roles span both above-the-line and below-the-line environments, depending on the program.
About You
Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering and/or V&V; within Australian Defence programs
Experience across complex, mission-critical systems, including requirements, integration, verification, validation or test
Comfortable working with Defence customers, primes or suppliers
Robust technical documentation and communication skills
Current NV1 clearance or higher, and Australian citizenship (essential)
Experience in any of the following is highly regarded: Military Communications, Radar, EW, C2/C4ISR, mission systems, sensors and surveillance, systems integration, or T&E;, across Land, Air or Maritime platforms.
