You will deliver high-quality, person-centred assessments, working directly with participants to identify and articulate their support needs in a clear, evidence-based and respectful manner.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, analysing evidence, preparing clear reports, and communicating outcomes both virtually and face-to-face.
