Support planning, including designing and implementing territories
Develop and allocate quota
Support compensation design and execution
Develop and enhance reporting on business performance against targets
Present analysis and recommendations to sales leaders and senior leadership teams
Own, drive, and improve forecast cadence and operating rhythm with sellers and sales leaders
Support the design and execution of quarterly campaign initiatives and short-term sales incentives
Identify and implement process efficiency and effectiveness initiatives
Eliminate, simplify, standardise, and automate processes
Manage and maintain data integrity for sales tools, reporting, telephony, and CRM systems
Connect sales teams with multiple cross-functional teams
Influence decisions and turn insights into actions
Requirements
Understanding of SaaS and platform businesses and the end-to-end processes that support them
Ability to develop channel plans and forecast 90-day activity
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer and/or sales data
Highly honed analytical problem-solving skills
Robust commercial acumen




Demonstrable experience using Business Intelligence and reporting tools, including SQL, SAS, Python, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, and Excel
Experience analysing and transforming multi-channel data
