Portfolio Lead - Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant
to join our Digital Team.
Role: Portfolio Lead
Location: Perth - Oil/gas/Mining background.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with Business case lite creation
Budget management, planning and reporting
Working with stakeholder on updates and progress
Assisting with WBS structures




Managing Steer Co
Risks and issues management
Management portfolio of work through client's delivery framework
Identify opportunities for improvement
Feed into overall portfolio managed by Delivery Assurance
Understanding business needs with portfolio initiatives and prioritisation of same.
Identify initiative convergence opportunities---optimised resources usage and business value delivery
Work with multiple teams of client for resource timing and cost allocations and sequencing
