As a Product Manager within our Home Buying team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our core home loan products. You'll help define and grow CBA's flagship Complete Home Loan proposition (Standard Variable Rate and Fixed Rate loans), and will be responsible for shaping product strategy, designing compelling features and benefits, and delivering innovative solutions that strengthen customer value, drive portfolio growth and differentiate CBA in a highly competitive market
You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy and technology, partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.

Retail Banking Services (RBS) serves millions of customers across Australia through market-leading products, services and digital experiences. The Complete Home Loans squad is responsible for the evolution of CBA's premium home lending proposition. The squad identifies and delivers product features, pricing constructs, benefits and customer experiences that attract and retain homeowners with more sophisticated and flexible borrowing needs.
You'll join a highly collaborative team of product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and business stakeholders responsible for continuously improving customer and business outcomes across the home lending ecosystem.
In This Role You Will
Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for the Complete Home Loan proposition
Identify opportunities to acquire and retain mass affluent customers, investors and subsequent home buyers
Lead discovery activities to understand customer needs, market trends and competitive positioning




Develop business cases for new product features, pricing approaches, benefits and customer propositions
Translate customer, business, regulatory and operational requirements into clear product outcomes
Use customer insights, data and experimentation to inform decision-making and prioritisation
Monitor product performance and continuously optimise customer and business outcomesEngage with stakeholders across lending, operations, risk, compliance, legal and technology functions
Support the delivery of regulatory, risk and strategic transformation initiatives
We're Interested in Hearing From People Who
Have experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership or a similar role
Are passionate about solving customer problems and creating outstanding experiences
Have demonstrated experience working within agile delivery environments
Can confidently manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity
Use data and insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders
Have solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Bring a collaborative mindset and enjoy working across cross-functional teams
Experience in banking, lending, mortgages or financial services is beneficial but not essential
