The Essential Healthcare Group is seeking a Help Desk Engineer to support secure ICT environments enabling government and defence missions. You will lead complex incidents, administer Windows systems, and collaborate with cyber, engineering and operations teams to uplift Help Desk capability.

Experience in secure operational settings, Active Directory/IAM, and robust communication skills are required. Australian citizenship and security clearance could be preferred for this role.
