Job Description
Ascham School in Edgecliff, NSW, seeks a permanent full time Human Resources Advisor to deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will recruit, onboard, manage changes, leave, probation and performance processes with professionalism and confidentiality.

You will act as liaison between HR and Payroll, use the ELMO HRIS to train users, generate reports and drive continuous improvement across the school community.
