Absolute Payroll is seeking a Dayforce Configuration Consultant to own end-to-end configuration across scheduling, rostering, time & attendance, and pay rules for a large blue-collar workforce in NSW.
You will translate complex EBAs/EAs into compliant system configurations, partner with Payroll, HR and operations, and guide upgrades while maintaining audit-ready documentation. This is an in-house, long-term role with a hybrid Sydney-based work pattern.
