The Chance

Royal Freemasons is looking for dedicated and compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our clinical team at Elizabeth Gardens.
n
Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses, you'll play a key role in delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care that protects the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of every resident. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that values empathy, teamwork, and exceptional care.

We are looking for an someone who can work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 7-3pm on a fortnightly basis.
n
Your Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver person-centred care and support to residents and their families.
n
Provide assistance with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, bed making, and meals.
n
Complete care documentation, clinical charting, and shift worklogs accurately.
n
Ensure care is delivered safely, professionally, and in a timely manner.
n
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
n
Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with Aged Care
n
Quality Standards and OH&S; requirements.
n
Report incidents, hazards, and resident feedback as required.
n
Participate in meetings, audits, and accreditation activities.
n
n
Who We Are Looking For:
n
n
Minimum 6 months experience as Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in Aged Care.
n
Ability to identity, resolve and manage problems and conflicts effectively.
n
Computer Literacy in- E-case, Outlook, Excel and Word.
n
Knowledge of Aged Care Standards.
n
Experience working with residents with dementia.
n

Key Requirements:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
n
Experience supporting high‐care and dementia residents.
n
Skills in wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments.
n
Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
COVID‐19 and flu vaccinations encouraged.
