This role is ideally suited to a candidate with proven experience managing high-volume invoice processing. Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including processing invoices daily, verification and payments.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense claims.
n
Review and reconcile supplier statements, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
n
Maintain vendor relationships.
n
Respond to supplier questions promptly and professionally.
n
Assist with ad hoc duties.
n

Ideal candidate

Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.

Immediately available.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
