About The Role
Formed in ****, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare. It remains one of the nation's most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities.
This position is responsible for providing a range of administration and secretarial support to the Sydney Heart Centre and Cardiology Department as required and ensuring the efficient operation of a busy and fast-paced outpatient clinic area. This includes coordinating and running complex clinics, performing reception duties, responding to enquiries, scheduling appointments, processing correspondence, undertaking accurate data entry and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the outpatient area.
Ideal Candidate
Has previous experience working in an outpatient clinic setting and customer service experience with the ability to demonstrate high level of emotional intelligence.
Must be flexible to work varying start times as required and able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
