Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock within a specialist area. You and a 20+ team will drive best experience for customers, ensure safety and manage stock accuracy while collaborating with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden teams.
You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, lead a large team, and be responsible for training, development and achieving KPI targets.
