East Preston Islamic College is seeking a reliable and organised Chief Supervisor / Emergency Chief Supervisor for the **** VCE written examinations, held 27 October – 18 November ****. Attendance at compulsory VCAA training in October **** is required.

Responsibilities
n
Administer examinations according to VCAA requirements
n
Maintain the security of examination materials
n
Confirm attendance and deliver examination instructions
n
Manage incidents and examination-rule breaches
n
Collect, check and securely return examination materials
n
Complete all required records and forms
n
Act as Chief Supervisor at short notice when required
n
Requirements
n
Applicants must:
n
hold a current Employee Working with Children Check or valid exemption
n




attend compulsory training in October
n
be available during the examination period
n
be punctual, organised and able to follow detailed procedures
n
maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure
n
meet all VCAA eligibility and conflict-of-interest conditions
n
have no prohibited relationship with relevant VCE students or staff
n
complete the required VCAA statutory declaration and appointment documents
n
Previous examination-supervision or leadership experience is desirable but not required.
n
Appointment is subject to VCAA eligibility, identity, child-safety and conflict-of-interest checks.
