About the role:

Shape people strategies that support our goals and build peoples capabilities
Run our programs that build organisational health within your teams
Implement, embed AND own things to build across selectability
Serve our people by being a humble human that helps people find the joy
About you:
Curious, optimistic and humble

Bring some relevant experience but more importantly knows the importance of collaborating to find solutions – and make it happen Dont want default escalators!

Role requirements:
Child Safety & Personal History Screening check
Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety & You
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
