Purpose:
n
The Arts Programs Lead is part of a dedicated and passionate Arts and Culture team within the Culture and Place business unit. The Arts Programs Lead plays a key role in supporting and fostering the development and delivery of diverse creative programs, spaces and initiatives in alignment with Randwick Council's Arts & Culture Strategy.

About the role:

Develop and deliver cutting-edge arts programs, exhibitions and events which reflect the cultural identity and needs of the community.



Programs should be in alignment with models of best practice and industry standards.
n
Facilitate multidisciplinary creative access to diverse Council-owned spaces and regularly seek ways to strengthen models of creative access.
n
Strengthen local sector capacity through information sharing, community building, creative networking, and program design and delivery.
