Pepper is seeking a Servicing Support Officer to deliver best-in-class customer service within our Customer Operations team. You'll manage novated servicing and consumer credit reporting enquiries while upholding regulatory standards and accurate documentation.
You'll work across teams to support workload balance, respond to packagers, brokers and BDMs, and help ensure timely, accurate servicing and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
