About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters – and as a Home Care Worker, you'll create cherished moments each day. We are currently looking for passionate people to support our Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties.

What you'll bring
You're reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.
The requirements of this role are:
Certificate III/IV in Home or Aged Care.
A valid CPR certificate.
A valid first aid certificate.
A current Victorian Drivers License.
NDIS clearance.
NDIS Orientation Module.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Passion about helping people in your community, with strong relationship building, time management and budget management skills.
Previous case management experience as well as relevant qualifications.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs.
