CatholicCare NT is seeking a Case Worker (Crisis Accommodation) to join the Crerar Road facility, providing intake and case management for individuals and families in crisis accommodation.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will identify crisis needs, develop housing stability plans, and support social cohesion on site. This is a permanent full time role, Friday to Monday, with a commitment to Aboriginal communities and wellbeing.
