What You'll Be Doing:
Greet visitors warmly and ensure a professional, friendly front-of-house experience




Providing top-notch customer service to property owners and tenants
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain meeting rooms and coordinate bookings
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with mail handling, and general office duties
Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as required

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and people skills
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
