They're looking for a Senior Property Manager who takes pride in their work, knows how to look after a portfolio and genuinely cares about the client experience.

1 day WFH per week

THE ROLE
This is an internal Property Management role where you can focus on what you do best — managing your clients, your portfolio and delivering exceptional service.
You'll manage a portfolio of around 100 properties, predominantly across the Western Suburbs, with a fantastic support network around you.




You'll be responsible for:
Managing your portfolio and client relationships
Providing a premium level of service to owners and tenants
Completing your own final bondsWorking closely with the BDM, leasing agent and trust accountant
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Maintaining high standards across your portfolio
With routines and PCRs outsourced, you can spend less time running around and more time actually managing your portfolio properly.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be an experienced Property Manager who:
Has 4+ years' Property Management experience
Holds current Property Management Registration and CPD points
Is confident managing a portfolio independently
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skillsTakes genuine pride in delivering exceptional client serviceIs organised, proactive and tech-savvy
Has high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Wants to be part of a team where culture and support aren't just buzzwords
