Where you'll be working
The Enrolled Nurse - Transition to Professional Practice Program (EN - TPPP)
is a 12-month program that facilitates newly graduated Enrolled Nurses in developing and enhancing their clinical skills and professional development within general acute, sub-acute or mental health clinical practice settings.

What You'll Be Doing
The program aims for Enrolled Nurses to develop safe, person-centred care and high levels of job satisfaction. Throughout the program, Enrolled Nurses will complete targeted training specific to their clinical needs, competency-based assessments, and performance development meetings.
The purpose of this role is to provide safe and effective nursing care to patients using an individualised holistic approach related to the goals of care determined by the Primary Nurse (Registered Nurse) and within qualified role limits and Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice. In the delivery of nursing care the Enrolled Nurse will work under both the direct and indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse.
The Enrolled Nurse will consult with the registered nurse to ensure delegation is commensurate with own level of competence and within Local Health District (LHD) and Service policy,
particularly in relation to the administration of medications.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with recent completion of a Diploma in Nursing or eligibility for registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse upon completion of Diploma in Nursing prior to commencement 9 November **** or 15 March ****. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated evidence of recent clinical placement in an acute care setting.
