In this role you will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of all stores management practices, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the stores function within a correctional environment.The primary accountabilities of the Senior Stores Supervisor include:- Manage the performance appraisal and development of staff in conjunction with other centre managers and develop and foster a working workplace which is motivated, productive, and committed to service delivery as well as compliant with quality human resource management.- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Bulk Store including warehousing, procurement,



stock control and financial processes.- Maintain high level knowledge of the centre and corporate software systems.- Develop and maintain governance and risk management systems to mitigate operational risks in bulk store service delivery.- Communication with the centre's multi-disciplinary team.- Ensure Workplace Health & Safety compliance for bulk store functions.- Day to day management of contracted services.Applications will remain current for 12 months.Joib Ad Reference: QLD/*********Closing Date: Thursday, 24 September ****This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
