Maxlife Care is seeking an experienced Area Manager to provide operational leadership across five to six SIL homes on the North Coast, with sites in Newcastle, Belmont, Charlestown and Edgworth. You will lead Team Leaders, oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure NDIS compliance and person-centred services.
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will coach frontline leaders, manage staffing and performance, and promote a positive workplace culture while maintaining solid relationships with
