About the Role
As an experienced Property Manager, you'll take ownership of your portfolio while working closely with a supportive and experienced team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers.
Proactively managing repairs and maintenance and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
Managing rental arrears professionally and proactively.
Preparing and managing lease sign-ups and renewals.
Keeping your portfolio compliant, well maintained and performing at a high standard.
Using property management software confidently and efficiently.
Providing exceptional communication and service to your clients.




Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve the best outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who:
Has proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.
Is confident dealing with landlords, tenants, trades and other stakeholders.
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Can manage competing priorities without losing focus.
Has a calm, skilled and solutions-focused approach.
Enjoys being part of a team and is willing to support those around them.
Is motivated, reliable and takes ownership of their work.
Holds a current driver's licence and has access to their own vehicle.
Holds a Property Manager's Licence or relevant industry qualification (preferred).
