Receptionist – Oakleigh Area

Casual to Permanent | $40 per hour + super | 21 hours per week

Local Workforce Hire is currently seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist to join a well-established panel beating business in the Oakleigh area.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers and can remain calm and organised in a busy customer-facing environment.

The Role
n
Working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 9.00am to 4.00pm, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business.
n
Your duties will include:
n
n
Greeting customers in a warm and professional manner
n
Answering incoming telephone calls, screening calls and taking messages
n
Searching for vehicle parts and information online
n
General administration duties
n
Using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
n
Using internet browsers including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
n
Assisting with other office duties as required
n




Full training will be provided on the company's systems and processes
n
n

The position will initially be offered on a casual basis with the opportunity to become permanent. Some adjustment to the working days/hours may be required.
