This is an exciting opportunity for an automotive professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a premium service experience.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and the Workshop team, ensuring every customer receives clear communication, professional service and a seamless experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience
Managing customers throughout the servicing and repair journey
Conducting vehicle check-ins and accurately recording customer requirements
Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop team
Preparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoices
Keeping customers informed of vehicle progress, costs and completion times
Identifying additional service and repair opportunities
Following up customers and building long-term relationships
Ensuring work is completed to manufacturer standards
Working towards customer satisfaction, sales and performance KPIs
About You
We're looking for a confident, professional and customer-focused automotive professional who understands the importance of delivering an exceptional experience.
You'll bring:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and workshop operations
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Professional presentation and a genuine customer-first approach
Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail




Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident negotiation and upselling skills
Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities
Current Australian Driver Licence
Mazda or dealership experience will be highly regarded.
